Package Itinerary

Day 1. Lima

Meet at the airport with a guide and transfer to the hotel. After check-in, the day is free of your leisure.

Day 2. Lima

Breakfast at the hotel.

Our guide will pick you up at your hotel for a half-day city tour in the city of Lima. You will be able to see the main square of Lima, the Cathedral, the Presidential Palace, and the Convent of San Francisco with beautiful cloisters and catacombs forever remaining in your memory. We also drive through the modern elite districts of Lima and visit the romantic park with a statue of Love "Couples Andean lovers" and enjoy the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

Gold Museum is included on this day. Thousand of gold pieces show us the great knowledge in gold work that the ancient cultures of Peru developed. The collection of gold ornaments is presented here: Earrings, ponchos embroidered by gold plates, ritual swords, and products from emerald, pearls, and a bluestone “Lapis lazurite”. Also, the huge collection of ancient weapons from the different countries of the world is presented. Return to your hotel.

Day 3. Lima - Cusco

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Cusco. Arrival in Cusco, reception, and transfer to the Hotel. Welcome, Coca tea. Free time to adjust to the altitude. In the afternoon enjoy a tour of Cusco, the former capital city of the four regions that formed the Inca Empire.

The tour includes highlights of the Colonial city such as the Cathedral, the Q’oricancha - an amazing example of the fusion of Incan and Western cultures, that was one of the most important temples in the Inca Empire - the Plaza de Armas and a visit to the Inca ruins of Tambomachay, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Sacsayhuaman’s gigantic zigzag-walled fortress. Overnight.

Day 4. Machu Pichu

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer from your hotel to the train station. After arrival at the small town of Aguas Calientes, and finally a 30-minute bus ride up to Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu, an Inca city with a maze of fine stone temples, houses, and fountains, is spectacularly situated on a ridge between two peaks. It was hidden by dense vegetation when Hiram Bingham discovered it in 1911. We include a guided tour. In the afternoon lunch and return to Cusco by train. Return to your hotel.

Day 5. Cuzco - Puno

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the bus station. We take an all-day bus from Cusco to Puno. The route is scenically stunning, and there are stops at cultural sites such as Pikillaqta, the baroque church at Andahuaylillas, and the Temple to Viracocha at Racqchi. Lunch at Sicuani. The bus climbs to the high pass of La Raya, at 4,200 meters, from here the scenery changes dramatically. Arrival in Puno, reception, and transfer to the hotel. Welcome, Coca tea. Acclimatization. Overnight.

Day 6. Puno/ Lake Titicaca/ Lima

In the morning, after breakfast, we take a short boat ride to visit the Uros Islands, the famous floating reed islands of Lake Titicaca. A unique feature of this part of the lake is the traditional settlement of Uros people on floating islands made entirely of the reeds-the same material they use to build their canoes.

The islanders also use Totora reeds to make boats, and even as food. Although fishing is still an important activity, nowadays the inhabitants earn their living mainly through selling handicrafts to tourists. In the afternoon there is an excursion to the haunting ruins at Sillustani - giant funeral towers used during pre-and Inca times to bury the wealthy which overlook alpaca pastures and the tranquil lagoon of Umayo.

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Lima. Arrival in Lima, reception, and transfer to the hotel with driver only.

Day 7. Lima

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at your leisure.

Day 8. Lima – Foz do Iguacu

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer out to the airport with the Driver only for your flight to Foz do Iguacu.

Arrival at Foz-do Iguacu airport. Meeting at the airport with a guide. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 9. Foz do Iguacu

After breakfast, you will make the excursion to the Brazilian side of the magnificent Iguaçu Falls following the walkways that border the canyon of the Iguassu River. It is possible to observe hundreds of small waterfalls before ending up in front of the magnificent Devil's Throat, the strongest and mightiest of all falls. The splashes coming from the falling water make you FEEL the grandeur of the falls and cover the sky with thousands of rainbows.

Return to your hotel.

On this day you can ask for 2 optional tours:

A visit to Bird Park, located near the Iguaçu National Park. This exotic bird sanctuary offers the tourist an opportunity to see beautiful birds from very close. As you walk through the aviary, the most beautifully colored birds fly around you freely. Oriented by guides, you can take advantage of the opportunity to observe magnificent examples of native birds from Brazil and other tropical countries of the world, many of them being in danger of extinction. (This tour costs an additional price per pax since 2 pax together).

A tour in Macuco jeep jungle ride followed by a spectacular boat trip. An open wagon pulled by a jeep goes through the jungle for 3 Kilometers, accompanied by a specialized guide who will provide interesting information about the ecology of the region. The tour continues on foot to the banks of the Iguassu River. There, a specially equipped motor launch takes the tourist as close as possible to the waterfalls, providing a thrilling adventure and a unique view of the falls. (This tour costs an additional price per pax since 2 pax together).

Day 10. Foz do Iguacu – Rio de Janeiro

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer out to the airport with a guide for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. Meet and transfer to your hotel with a guide. Later on this day, our guide will take you to the red beach (Praia Vermelha) from where we take a cable car up to the Urca mountain. From here an amazing view of Rio opens up before us. We take yet another cable car up the Pao de Acucar Mountain (Sugarloaf).

From here we have a wonderful view of the city nestling between the mountains and the sea, and the sight of the sun going down over Copacabana beach is magical. After riding down the cable car, we will discover the historical part of Rio. Return to your hotel.

Day 11. Rio de Janeiro

Breakfast at the hotel.

Our guide picks you up at your hotel in the morning and takes you to the bottom of Corcovado Mountain. Here you board the little train that takes you through tropical rainforests, passing tropical trees and exotic fruits. A short walk from the final station you find yourself at the foot of the impressive Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Redentor). Enjoy the spectacular views over Rio de Janeiro. Return to your hotel.

Day 12. Rio de Janeiro - Buzios

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Buzios with Driver only. Overnight.

This fishing village located 177 km north of Rio de Janeiro is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The unique charm is attached to the quaint landscape, exotic vegetation, and picturesque beaches. Buzios fascinates for its beaches with the warm yellow sand and clear ocean water. The beaches offer a view of the mountains, covered with forests and coastal cliffs, and the sunset is especially colorful.

Day 13. Buzios

Free day.

Buzios has all the conditions for diving, surfing, water skiing, and canoeing. You can hire a buggy and drive and the beaches and the town. Several piers of the city offer a magnificent view of the ocean and mountains. During walks, you will see the magnificent scenery of the whole coast, and you can try the local drink - Caipirinha. Sailboats stop right on the ocean, and you can swim and see the colorful underwater world. In the evening, you can enjoy restaurants with a wide range of cuisine or discos.

The city is full of life after sunset on the main pedestrian street. You also can just walk around, go shopping in the shops, or sit in the bar or restaurant, of which there are many.

Day 14. Buzios

Breakfast at the hotel, then you will be transferred to the airport for departure home.
